Holidays such as Mother’s Day can feel very isolating when you’ve lost the very person everyone else is taking to breakfast or if you are a mother who has lost your children. There are not currently enough places in our society to honor both the lives of our loved ones and the way they live on in our hearts.
This class is a safe space to honor your love and your loss, your joy and your sadness. There is no journaling or sharing required and the practice is designed to nourish the mind, body and heart.
